One more day of freedom. My surgeon had something come up, so my day of surgery was moved up one day to Friday around 10:30am. At least I won’t have to wake up so damn early. Anxiety is starting to set in. Damn surgeries and damn my health problems.

My pilonidal cyst removed. I saw the general surgeon on Wednesday and he confirmed my diagnosis. I will have surgery on Thursday. Not sure on the time. The hospital calls the morning before the surgery to schedule a time. No food or water for like 12hrs before the surgery. That is a bit difficult since I am hypoglycemic. I will make sure the hospital knows that. The doctor put me on a full course of some antibiotics as a temporary relief of the cyst. It helps but the cyst has to be removed. The doctor will use the same insicion as last time. Recovery is about two weeks. Two days in the hospital. yay
I did a service call out west of west bumfuck. And these clients of mine had fricken dsl and cell service!! Neither of which I get at my own home! That’s Maine for you.
So I won’t be online for a few days because of the surgery and recovery. I hope this is the last of these fucking cysts. God damnit.
